I find it really hard to respect people pleaser’s. People that will say one thing to you and then the complete opposite to someone else. People who ‘avoid conflict’ pretty much come under this people pleaser category, as by ‘avoiding’ the conflict they are not. They are simply taking part without the shit that come with it. To me, that shows lack of character.
